Yacht Hull Design
i am doing an engineering project at university and need to know what are the main parts of a yacht?
im making a gantt chart for the design and production of the boat but i have no idea what parts need to be thought about,al i have right now is the hull,any ideas would be great
Hull design,sail area,keel depth and mass;length?.What sort?ie ketch,yawl or what.Best bet is to go to a marina: especially as many(in UK)are out of water and can be seen.Masts will go through deck to keel.Motor assist?.living accom or just short day cruising,Racing?.Build material and protection against.corrosion and/or fouling.
