Ability Yacht
What does a sailing certification mean? Can it be revoked? What happens if it is revoked?
Also, would this affect a persons ability to drive a motor yacht.
I ask because I am writing a short story and this would be one of the pivotal moments. I want to be as realistic as possible. Thank you.
